About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Global Sales Professional to join our team at Quectel. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and developing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets
  • Identify key decision-makers within customer organizations and establish strong relationships
  • Lead new business demand creation initiatives with Field Application Engineers and Business Units
  • Conduct face-to-face customer management meetings to provide support and address issues
  • Create and align monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to ensure on-time supply

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A great sales profile with social skills and experience in electronics or relevant products (preferably semiconductor, wireless technologies or modules)
  • At least 2 years of experience in the electronic industry
  • A big interest in IoT applications
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, as well as good written and verbal communication
  • The ability to learn fast and set personal future targets
  • Fluency in English language
  • Able to spend time on the road and attending meetings
  • An own driving license and car

Preferred Qualifications:

We also welcome candidates with:

  • Understanding of components, HW, SW and related
  • Cellular, RF & GNSS module experience is highly preferred
  • Understanding about the evolving wireless technologies, GNSS & RF

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
