Job Summary:

As a Sales Order Management Professional, you will be responsible for managing the full sales order lifecycle.

The role involves coordinating with production, planning, and inventory for timely execution. You will maintain organized documentation and communicate with customers in both English and Hindi.

You will receive and process customer orders, verify accuracy of pricing and delivery terms, and track submission dates and approvals.

Key responsibilities include order management, documentation, technical submissions, communication, customer coordination, payment follow-up, dispatch and delivery coordination, and reporting.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, and inventory teams for timely execution.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Hindi.
  • Verify accuracy of pricing and delivery terms.
  • Track submission dates and approvals.
  • Ensure high standards in written communication.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
