Operations Manager Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the operation of a department, with a focus on executing daily tasks and ensuring seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly ordering and purchase order management: Creating replenishment and non-replenishment orders to meet business needs.

  • Process improvement and SOP development: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Document management: Overseeing the maintenance and disposal of company documents.
  • Technology and product engagement: Participating in design workshops, testing solutions, and implementation to drive business value.
  • Internal customer support: Providing project management support, analyzing data, driving solutions to business problems, and offering recommendations for system changes.
  • Action plan development and execution: Developing, executing, and improving action plans to meet business objectives.
  • Business strategy execution: Supporting the execution of business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
