Business Analyst ServiceNow Order Management and Data

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a remote project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in order management and data analysis, with expertise in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement business processes for order management and data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional aspects of data and develop mappings.
  • Manage large data extractions, convert data into the right format for ServiceNow, and ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of OM data model, including accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, and contracts.
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in order management with focus on data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to break down complex concepts and clarify effort required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to adapt communication to audience.
  • A team player with experience working in distributed multi-cultural teams.
