Business Analyst - Financial Insights

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing dashboards and reports to support business decisions and performance tracking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for management, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial and operational data from multiple business units.
  • Develop and implement effective reporting tools using advanced Excel and relevant financial tools.
  • Perform variance analysis, highlight deviations, and propose corrective actions to management.
  • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities.
  • Track key business metrics, KPIs, and identify trends for operational and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting through regular reconciliations and audits.
  • Support financial planning and analysis activities, prepare board presentations, and contribute to risk review meetings.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
