Job Title: Relationship Manager- Bancassurance
Job Description:- Leverage bank relationships to generate leads and cross-sell financial products to customers.
- Develop customer relationships through effective business development strategies.
- Manage relationships with bank customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with the insurance company to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Generate leads from assigned banks and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Cross-sell various financial products to bank customers, including life-related investment and insurance services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed targets.
- Support other relationship managers and the bank sales team as needed.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
