
Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a proactive customer relationship specialist to manage interactions, drive subscription sales, and resolve issues.
- Our ideal candidate will contact customers to address outstanding balances or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
- They will process orders promptly after receiving purchase confirmations, maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions, and generate reports on key metrics like conversions and account actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with expired trials to facilitate subscriptions and resolve outstanding issues.
- Process orders efficiently after customer requests and send confirmation emails.
- Coordinate account suspensions for non-response as needed, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Generate reports on performance metrics, including conversion rates from trials to purchases, accounts suspended due to non-response, and number of follow-ups conducted.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software for data analysis.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word for report generation.
- Analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve processes.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving ability to address customer concerns effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for successful customer relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce for efficient customer management.
- Experience in Zendesk for issue resolution and customer support.
