We are seeking a proactive customer relationship specialist to manage interactions, drive subscription sales, and resolve issues.

  • Our ideal candidate will contact customers to address outstanding balances or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
  • They will process orders promptly after receiving purchase confirmations, maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions, and generate reports on key metrics like conversions and account actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers with expired trials to facilitate subscriptions and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Process orders efficiently after customer requests and send confirmation emails.
  • Coordinate account suspensions for non-response as needed, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and customer interactions.
  • Generate reports on performance metrics, including conversion rates from trials to purchases, accounts suspended due to non-response, and number of follow-ups conducted.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software for data analysis.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word for report generation.
  • Analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve processes.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving ability to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for successful customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce for efficient customer management.
  • Experience in Zendesk for issue resolution and customer support.
