Business Development Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic relationships with merchants.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of merchant portfolios to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to enhance performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to merchants, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, leveraging knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, merchant development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and cooperation.
  • High level of organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
