Job Overview:

A seasoned Relationship Development Specialist is needed to excel in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insurance sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents for Motor & Health Insurance
  • Develop and nurture agent relationships to drive business growth
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to agents to achieve sales targets
  • Foster customer satisfaction and policy renewals

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Insurance sales (Motor or Health)
  • Prior experience working with POSP agents / Agency channel
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
