Senior Sales Lead for Clinical Vertical

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead the expansion of our clinical vertical in the US market.

About the Role:
  • Establish and grow the clinical vertical by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients within pharmaceutical and life sciences companies.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers across clinical development, clinical operations, and procurement functions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop go-to-market strategies, commercial partnerships, and brand positioning with senior leadership.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
  3. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of winning new logos and driving revenue growth in the clinical or healthcare domain, especially within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries.
  • Deep understanding of clinical trials, R&D processes, regulatory frameworks, and pharma buying behaviors.
  • Highly networked individual capable of engaging with senior executives and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
