Job Title: Strategic Account Executive

\

This is a specialized role focused on managing and growing relationships with high-value clients in the two-wheeler and commercial vehicle sectors.

\

The Key Account Manager - TW & CV acts as a strategic partner to these clients, helping them optimize their insurance portfolio by understanding their unique needs and developing tailored solutions.

\

Responsibilities:

\
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the two-wheeler and commercial vehicle segments.\
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.\
  • Understand the client's business goals and insurance needs to propose customized solutions.\
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products.\
  • E nsure timely renewal of all key account policies by demonstrating value and resolving any issues.\
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to secure profitable agreements.\
  • Serve as a conduit for client feedback to internal product development and marketing.

Requirements:

\
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.\
  • An MBA is highly desirable.\
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in key account management or corporate sales, preferably within the automotive or insurance industries.\
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large, strategic accounts.\
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\
  • Deep understanding of two-wheeler and commercial vehicle insurance products.
