Finance Manager for India Business Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of the SharkNinja APAC finance leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
Your expertise will be essential in managing the India P&L and cash flow, working closely with local, regional, and corporate finance leaders. You will partner with cross-functional departments to deliver P&L and cash flow targets, and actively manage risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance workstream for establishing the India business
- Build the FP&A process, leveraging regional best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver P&L and cash flow targets
- Actively manage risks & opportunities
You will also lead finance IT systems implementation for India, across ERP and EPM. Additionally, you will establish P&L analytics across categories, sub-categories, channels, and retailers/customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in finance & accounting, preferably in a fast-paced industry such as consumer goods, FMCG, and retail
- Experience in both well-established MNCs and start-up environments is preferred
- Strong business acumen, on top of financial expertise
- Strong track record of business partnering to drive growth plans, improving profitability, managing forecast and risks & opportunities
The estimated salary for this role is around ₹24-30 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
