We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Executive to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing mail, handling visitor registrations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth operations.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and a professional appearance. You should also have basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling, as well as the ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have strong attention to detail, and be organized and efficient in your work.
