Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front-desk operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handling inquiries about currency exchange services, rates, and documentation.
- Keeping accurate records of transactions and visitor logs.
- Assisting with form completion and document verification according to compliance norms.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Effectively managing calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in a customer-support or administrative role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
