Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in a customer-support or administrative role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
