About the Role:We are looking for a candidate who has prior experience in recruitment, employee management, and office administration, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & HR Operations
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Oversee attendance and leave management.
- Administration & Office Management
- Spearhead day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
- Manage office supplies efficiently.
- Front Desk Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Fresh Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresher / Intern/ 0-1 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Precise exposure to both HR and administrative functions.
