We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this Employee Relation Executive position.

About the Job

This role is all about developing and implementing effective Employee Relations practices and people strategy to address employment and employee relations issues more broadly.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business consultants across the U.S.
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including business conduct, terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
  • Analyse and design data-driven ER models and trending analysis to inform decisions and improve consultant experiences.
  • Create new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
  • Handle a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills – verbal and written, strong people management and interpersonal skills, sound decision-making and analytical thinking, and ability to build trust and influence across all levels of management.
