Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our Commercial EMEA South sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling company's products and services to end-user customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts, primarily through outbound and inbound telephone and email sales activities as per supervisor decision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the whole quote to cash process for opportunities worked on, including preparing quotes in CPQ, providing accurate customer, partner, and distributor information, communicating with distributors and partners to align on changes and issues, supporting distributors in booking quotes, following up on invoicing, fulfillment, and collection.
- May be asked to provide regular updates on progress to supervisor and work closely with them to forecast outcomes and expected results.
- May be asked to organize trainings for new hires or existing team to improve knowledge and ensure overall success.
- Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Vmware/Broadcom products and services.
- Understanding and good command of internal Broadcom systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Follows company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
- Good forecasting skills.
