Job OverviewThis role involves developing and maintaining business relationships, designing policies for partnerships to thrive, identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing collaborations, building professional networks, enforcing legally-binding contracts, developing business plans, conducting market research, synthesizing business metrics reports, negotiating contracts with partners, and representing organizations at meetings.
The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with an amiable personality, positive outlook, and expert communication skills. Organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also beneficial.
Key Responsibilities- Develop successful campaigns with partner prospects and/or customers to increase company revenue.
- Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect, their buying influences, organizational influences, and decision-making processes.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by providing up-to-date sales, marketing, forecast, and competitive information to Workafella.
- Proven sales track record and target achievement of enterprise level.
- Highly motivated and able to function independently within their territory as well as within a cross-functional account team.
- Manage relationships with customers to build the brand and business.
- Champion and manage new sales to create stronger partnerships.
- Build the organizational network through targeted outreach and planning.
- Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs, and create synergy.
- Analyse and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes, and report on key metrics.
- Proven sales experience managing resources and complex sales efforts at both customer and corporate levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to travel is a must.
- Master's degree/MBA in Business Management or related field preferred.
