
Regional Business Development Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence across assigned territories.
About the JobYou will be responsible for developing and managing sales distribution channels, identifying suitable channels for distribution, and maintaining good working relationships with current and potential merchants.
This role involves leading offline teams in driving acceptance at merchants across urban and rural areas, onboarding new merchants, and brand expansion through attracting and retaining the right kind of merchants.
Main Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and expansion across assigned territories
- Develop and manage sales distribution channels
- Maintain good working relationships with current and potential merchants
- Lead offline teams in driving acceptance at merchants
- Onboard new merchants and drive brand expansion
The ideal candidate will have experience in relevant spaces, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong focus on sales/customer service. They must be result-oriented, have a good understanding of merchant-facing roles and payment solution ecosystems, and possess problem-solving abilities with a strong bias for impact.
Educational qualification required is Any Graduate/MBA with a good academic record. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in relevant spaces is necessary, along with hands-on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement, and payment solutions.
