Job Overview

The role of Lead Regional Compliance Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring the security and compliance of our global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, supervise, and mentor a team of Regional Compliance Specialists to ensure consistency and adherence to procedures.
  • Conduct and support audits and evaluations to identify potential compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with data center operations to develop and maintain compliance frameworks and standards.
  • Deliver clear and timely reports on compliance findings and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and lead training sessions, webinars, and meetings to enhance compliance awareness across the organization.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of progressive compliance experience in a related field, such as business administration, public administration, or law.
  • 3+ years of experience managing people and teams, with a focus on leadership and development.
  • Experience supporting operations teams in a datacenter environment is highly desirable.
  • ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 certification is a plus.
