Executive Leadership Opportunity in Odisha Region

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the strategic development and day-to-day operations of our business in Odisha. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in similar roles, elevator industry knowledge, and exceptional leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote business growth and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies for the territory
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Foster a culture of excellence and drive performance improvement at the branch level

Mandatory Qualifications

  • No less than 7 years of experience as Branch Manager or Senior Sales/BD Role holder
  • Elevator industry experience of 5+ years is mandatory, specifically with Otis/Kone/Schindler/TKE/Johnson brands
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate technical information from engineering drawings
  • Strategic planning and business development skills
  • In-depth understanding of elevator industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent financial management and budgeting capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering is highly desirable
