We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the recruitment and onboarding process for Kido, a network of innovative international nurseries and preschools.

About the Role
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within Kido
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent from the education management industry
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
  • Actively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
  • Conduct regular market research and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to enhance recruitment efforts
  • Coordinate and conduct job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment events to attract potential candidates

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the education management industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to attend recruitment events and meet business needs
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is between $90,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The compensation package also includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
