We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in North India. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in driving new customer acquisition and achieving revenue targets.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand market share in North India. They will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI and enterprise sectors, leveraging existing networks and generating leads through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in North India.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- MBA from a reputable institution.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in selling software/solutions to the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
- Strong understanding of the North India market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to drive new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively within North India and occasionally nationally as required.
