- Strategic planning and execution to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Leading, motivating, and managing a team of Territory Business Executives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, chemists, and stockists.
Key qualifications include a graduate degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Nutrition, and 5-7 years of experience in pharma or nutrition sales with at least 2 years in a front-line management role.
Knowledge of the local market and prior experience in managing similar territories is highly valued.
