Job Title: Business Growth Associate
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Growth Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships to achieve sales targets.
- You will engage with customers to build strong relationships and increase wallet share.
- You will ensure comprehensive coverage of all client relationships through regular customer engagements and risk profiling.
- You will identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
- You will acquire new customers through converting referral leads.
- You will provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges, etc., proactively to the customer and ensure the best services are provided to them.
- You will have relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- You will possess proven people, business, and client relationship handling skills.
- You will have a pleasing personality and effective communication skills.
- You will be able to engage sizable clients.
- You will have strong persuasion skills.
- You will have deal closure ability.
- You will be able to understand, anticipate, and react to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities, and constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads for Financial Product Distributors.
- Coordinating and conducting business opportunity sessions with upcoming and existing FPDs.
- Assisting new FPDs to clear NISM Exams.
- Providing training to partners on product availability.
- Preparing business development plans for partners and training them to achieve via joint calls, conducting client meetings, asset allocation, and product diversification.
- Establishing strong relationships with partners, IFAs, and providing right communication on products, solutions, and services to enable their business growth.
- Providing the right information and coordinating regular partner meetings.
Requirements:
- A graduate of any background or higher degree with good demographic understanding.
- A strong relationship with IFAs/CAs and knowledge about the finance industry in the assigned geography.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in handling MFD/IFA/any financial products.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to engage sizable clients.
- Strong persuasion and deal closure skills.
- Ability to understand, anticipate, and react to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities, and constraints.
