Your Role – Business Development InternAs a Business Development Intern, you will:
- Engage with potential leads through phone calls to drive sales growth.
- Qualify and classify leads as hot, warm, or cold based on their level of interest.
- Maintain accurate lead data in our CRM system for data-driven insights.
- Schedule follow-ups for the sales team to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Gain knowledge about fintech and B2B markets through hands-on experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence, proactivity, and organization are essential qualities we look for in candidates.
- Interest in fintech, startups, or B2B sales is a plus.
- Students or fresh graduates in Business, Commerce, or Finance are preferred but not mandatory.
- A monthly internship allowance to support your living expenses.
- Exposure to working with senior leadership and gaining valuable insights from them.
- Mentorship and hands-on learning experience at a startup.
- A certificate upon completion of the internship.
- The opportunity to be considered for a full-time role based on your performance during the internship.
