Job Description:

As a seasoned account management professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Amazon's selling partners. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing seller relationships, championing their needs at Amazon, and identifying key business opportunities to add selection and deliver value.

Key responsibilities include working with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business, providing a great consumer experience, and establishing long-term, successful partnerships. You will also track and report performance using appropriate metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • French Certification: B2 level or above
  • Bachelor degree and 0-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral French and English
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
  • Interest in e-commerce and online business
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience
