Account Growth Strategist

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting account teams in devising and implementing strategic plans to drive growth of key accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the overall performance of these accounts.

  • You will work closely with sales teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing them with valuable insights and research support.
  • Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you develop and communicate the value proposition of our offerings to key account clients.

This is a high-profile role where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, multiple teams within the organization, and make a significant impact on key account planning, operations, and deal pursuits.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent program management skills, with a proven track record of diligent activity tracking and analysis. You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing key account strategies in collaboration with account teams.
  • Providing critical support to sales teams in their efforts to develop and maintain key client relationships.
  • Analyzing market trends and economic conditions to inform business decisions.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to drive business growth and improve overall performance.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Program Management/Account Management/Business Consulting experience in a management consulting firm, IT services firm, or engineering R&D firm.
  • A strong background in engineering R&D, with experience in one or more domains/industry verticals.
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA degree.
  • High-quality analytical skills and prior experience showcasing the same.
