Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing book-keeping and accountancy work for small and medium enterprises through Certified Public Accountants (CPAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including preparing work papers and working notes.
  • Prepare financial statements and respond to client and audit queries.
  • Serve as a liaison with the engagement team and clients to ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of accounting processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implementation strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of US accounting standards or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)/US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Working experience with mid-tier accounting firms focused on providing accounting services to US companies/CPA firms.
  • Strong accounting acumen, including basic accounting entries and finalization of books.
  • Hands-on experience with month-end close, data entry, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll-related activities.
  • Proficiency in working with payroll software, including ADP Payroll, Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll, PayCycle, Paychex, and PayCom.
