Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

At the heart of our organization is a commitment to growth through customer acquisition. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new customers, while also up-selling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

  • Identify and acquire new customers by leveraging your expertise in market research and analysis.
  • Upsell and cross-sell existing services to current customers by building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Activate national accounts and localize their operations to maximize revenue potential.
  • Reactivate lost customers by re-engaging with them and providing value-added services.

The ideal candidate for this role will have an MBA/PGDM in Marketing or International Business from a prestigious institution, along with 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.

Customer Understanding and Analysis
  • Complete customer profiling, including key decision makers, finance personnel, and other service providers.
  • Regular surveys to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Know your consignee: comprehensive understanding of consignee contact details, statutory requirements, and consignee type.
Competitor Analysis
  • Thorough understanding of competitor services, pricing, and load factors managed by competitors.
  • SWOT analysis of key competitors in the territory/segment.
