Job Title: IT Business Growth Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Sales Specialist to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and client segments within the IT services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Pprepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development, specifically within the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals from end to end, and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
