About the Position

We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist with exceptional interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be aware of applicable labor laws and recent amendments, as they will be responsible for submitting returns under various Labor Laws.
  • They will investigate employee complaints, violations of any process, and initiate appropriate actions against erring employees.
  • Strong inquiry procedure knowledge is required, and the specialist will be responsible for preparing inquiry reports, show cause notices, warning letters, etc.
  • They will conduct Labor Law audits, respond to notices, apply for licenses, visit branches, and ensure Labor Law compliance.
  • Preparation of payroll inputs is also a crucial responsibility.
  • Maintaining harmonious relations with government authorities, such as visiting the P.F. office, is essential.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management (MBA/PGDM in HR) or a Master's in Industrial Law (MILS) is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
