Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on Performance Management Systems (PMS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end performance management processes, HR operations, employee engagement, and policy implementation. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the performance appraisal system aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management System (PMS):

  • Drive the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with department heads to set KRAs/KPIs for employees aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain and update PMS tools/software, ensuring timely completion of review cycles.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, skill gaps, and training needs.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on PMS policies and procedures.
  • Conduct calibration sessions to ensure fairness and transparency in performance ratings.

HR Generalist Functions:

  • Manage onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Assist in payroll coordination by providing attendance and performance-related inputs.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and exit formalities.
  • Support talent management, learning & development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
