Job Purpose

Drive the implementation of innovative brand management practices and programs for assigned brands/portfolio to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the strategic planning process for business based on customer insights to enhance penetration.
  • Develop innovative impactful promotional programs, activities, and events to implement marketing plans in accordance with promotional cycles and current targets/tasks.
  • Optimally utilize available expenses to drive results.
  • Work on campaigns, supporting the preparation of project briefs, agency selection processes, CEP registrations, progress tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of monthly reports.
  • Review IMS dashboards and share monthly reports with CBL.
  • Work with medical and legal teams to obtain appropriate approvals for materials.
  • Train field forces on product knowledge, positioning, and prioritization.
  • Control performance of the marketing plan by monitoring key performance indicators and reporting KPIs to CL.
  • Prepare marketing slides for POA/Reviews and other important meetings.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive brand/portfolio objectives.
  • Develop partnerships with multiple vendors to drive diagnostic infrastructure in the country.
  • Tailor brand strategies to local market needs and define local priorities for a brand or TA.
  • Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of projects).
  • Forecast brand performance and track progress towards targets.
  • Provide monthly field communications on performance and action items for the brand.
  • Drive immunization campaigns and therapy shaping.
  • Collaborate with external partners to drive PCV vaccine awareness for consumers.
Accountability
  • Brand Plan: review of brand strategies by CBL/regulatory/legal.
  • Campaign Development: select best-fitting modules for country needs.
  • Promo Meetings: manage compliance reviews of materials.

  • Develop Life Cycle Management plans for Brands/Portfolios.
  • Long-range forecasting for brands (with BU leads and CBL).
  • Develop promotional meeting strategies and drive execution.
  • Validate brand-specific messages, design training (with medical, regulatory).
  • Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (with KOLs) in partnership with Medical.
Skills/Knowledge/Qualification/Experience
  • 5-8 years of marketing/medical experience.
  • Previous experience with vaccine marketing preferred.
  • Master's degree in management or MBA from Tier I/II or premium institutes.
  • Ability to work in co-promotion and matrix structures.
