Country Brand Associate

Job Description
Strategic
- Develop a comprehensive strategy roadmap for the assigned brands of the Oncology portfolio.
- Design and drive brand plans to ensure operationalization of strategies.
- Leverage analytics to assess current and future business trends and deploy plans to accelerate business growth and mitigate risks.
- Ensure financial accountability of brands in the portfolio, including revenue, promotional budgets, and profitability.
Operational
- Define the implementation plan for brand strategies and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Design creative marketing and promotional campaigns and cascade them to the desired customer, providing appropriate training to the sales force to maximize the impact of marketing activities and return on investment.
- Liaise with external agencies to deliver initiatives for the brand.
- Monitor business performance and the external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
- Allocate marketing budgets and resources for required products with the objective of maximizing return on marketing expenditure.
- Provide timely and pertinent inputs to the Sales team to maintain or improve the health of the brand, with the objective of achieving market share, sales, and profits in line with specified objectives.
- Develop and sustain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Undertake regular field visits to understand the implementation of marketing plans and obtain customer insights.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with processes and conformity to Pfizer policies in the execution of brand strategies.
- Work in collaboration with the Medical and Marketing team to validate the content developed.
- Run periodic risk assessment checks and define a mitigation plan for the programs and campaigns being implemented.
- Adhere to the guidelines laid down by regulators while designing brand campaigns.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA in Marketing.
- 3-5 years of total experience in Brand/Product management, preferably in Oncology or other specialized innovative therapy areas.
Relevant Experience
- Good understanding of the Indian healthcare market and pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Ability to develop and execute structured project plans.
- Requirement for compliance to the highest ethical standards.
- Sound understanding of multi-channel marketing and stakeholder engagement.
