Associate Creative Director

Our businesses include Artist Management, Content Studio, and Branded Content. We represent top talent, develop original content for television and streaming platforms, and service global brands like Tinder, Netflix, and Amazon. Our agency team, the Global Creator Network, is looking for an Associate Creative Director to drive our work in digital branded content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop inspiring creative ideas and campaigns to drive brand engagement
* Build branded content concepts based on consumer insights and cultural trends
* Collaborate with strategy and campaign management teams to think through brand briefs and strategies
* Stay up-to-date with pop culture and the broader zeitgeist
* Develop disruptive ideas for brands to get the internet's attention
* Plan creative solutions from concepting to execution
* Coordinate with third-party vendors and teams
Qualifications and Prior Experience:
* 8+ years of experience in building creative campaigns at a publisher, agency, brand, or media house
* Proven experience in strategizing and creating integrated campaigns
* Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
* Expertise in social best practices across platforms
* Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments
