Presales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Executive to join our team at Smart Work Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to sales teams to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and proof of concepts.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and pain points.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions.
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and analysis to identify customer needs.
- Develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proposal alignment with customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on customer requirements.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the slimming, health, and wellness industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and team management.
- Excellent commercial acumen and business skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of diet principles and sales techniques.
- Ability to conduct workshops and events to drive sales.
- Proven ability to meet targets and metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer and employee issues.
- High ethical standards and ability to comply with regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Nutrition, Business, Healthcare).
