Presales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Executive to join our team at Smart Work Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to sales teams to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and proof of concepts.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and pain points.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and analysis to identify customer needs.
  • Develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proposal alignment with customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams on customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in the slimming, health, and wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and team management.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and business skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of diet principles and sales techniques.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and events to drive sales.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer and employee issues.
  • High ethical standards and ability to comply with regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Nutrition, Business, Healthcare).
