Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager - D2C & Marketplaces

About the Role:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the brand MINA IBROW, an international beauty brand sold across the U.S., Europe, and India's largest beauty exporters.

You will be responsible for launching and scaling paid campaigns across Amazon, Nykaa, Meta, and Google for D2C sites and marketplaces, laying foundations that scale across India and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Own end-to-end build: structure, budgets, audiences, creatives, and experiments.
  • Run Sponsored Products/Brands/Display, keyword research, bids, placements, promotions/deals, and event calendars.
  • Partner with supply to stay in-stock and retail-ready.
  • Stand up tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixel/CAPI), intent-based Search/PMax, Reels/UGC-first Meta programs, and retargeting.
  • Collaborate on CRO (bundles, shade helper, checkout clarity).
  • Maintain clean reporting (platform + GA4 + blended), consistent UTMs, and simple dashboards for weekly decisions.
  • Brief and rotate ad assets (statics, short video, carousels, banners); localise smartly (ENG/HIN; add regional when needed).
  • Cross-functional alignment with brand, content, ops, and customer support so ads, PDPs, pricing, and fulfillment move in lockstep.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Education: Tier-1 background preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years hands-on performance marketing across Marketplaces (Amazon/Nykaa) and D2C (Shopify + Meta/Google)-operator, not just oversight.
