You'll play a key role in launching and growing our Shopify D2C site and marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon), laying the foundation for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid campaigns across Amazon/Nykaa and Meta + Google for D2C, end-to-end from planning to execution.
- Drive marketplace growth through Sponsored Products/Brands/Display ads, keyword research, bids, placements, promotions/deals, and event calendars; ensure seamless supply chain management.
- Promote D2C growth by setting up tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixel/CAPI), intent-based Search/PMax, Reels/UGC-first Meta programs, and retargeting; collaborate on customer experience improvement.
- Maintain accurate reporting (platform + GA4 + blended), consistent UTMs, and simple dashboards for informed decision-making.
- Creative ops: brief and rotate ad assets (statics, short video, carousels, banners); localise content effectively (ENG/HIN).
- Cross-functional collaboration with brand, content, ops, and customer support teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Educational background: MBA from top-tier institutions or Engineering from top-tier institutes.
- Experience: At least 7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience across Marketplaces (Amazon/Nykaa) and D2C (Shopify + Meta/Google)-operator, not just oversight.
