Role Overview
We are hiring for the Founders' Office – a high-impact role working directly with the founder. You'll be at the nerve center of strategy, execution, and brand building, owning projects end-to-end across product, marketing, sales, and operations. This is not a functional silo role – it's for someone who has already built or scaled skincare/beauty brandsand thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the founder to execute launch strategy across D2C, retail, PR, and influencer seeding.
- Translate brand vision into action plans: from packaging development to retail pitch decks.
- Lead cross-functional coordination: R&D, design, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
- Own GTM (Go-to-Market) execution – ensure timely launches, buzz creation, and channel expansion.
- Create playbooks for repeatable growth: influencer programs, affiliate systems, retail onboarding.
- Track KPIs across sales, marketing ROI, and operational efficiency; build dashboards for decision-making.
- Be the founder's right hand in solving unstructured problems and unlocking growth.
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in skincare/beauty/consumer brands, with
proven experience launching a brand or line
. - Deep understanding of D2C, Indian beauty market dynamics, and retail onboarding (Nykaa, Amazon, offline).
- Strong network in skincare/beauty ecosystem – vendors, agencies, creators, PR.
- Hands-on operator with ability to move fast, multitask, and work in ambiguity.
- Consumer-obsessed mindset – balances science, storytelling, and commercial strategy.
- Bonus: Exposure to luxury/premium positioning, or prior work in Korean beauty or clean beauty segments.
