Product Launch Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Launch Strategist to oversee the development process of new products. This includes generating ideas, conducting market research, developing prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop product launch strategies that meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful product launches.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and proficiency in Food Technology and Food Science.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Food Industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
