Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

As a seasoned digital marketing strategist, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the marketing team to achieve set targets and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, performance marketing, brand promotion, content writing, CRMs, and other promotional activities to drive measurable business growth.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the digital marketing team to drive productivity and ensure campaign execution across multiple digital channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies for performance marketing across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting to maximize ROI.
  • Drive brand promotion initiatives to enhance visibility and market positioning.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Implement SEO, SEM, email, content, and social media marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of brand building, lead generation, and ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of SMO/SMM/SEO/SEM, analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
