Role & responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and more).
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Optimize website performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels through A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Manage SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical audits.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives: blogs, landing pages, social posts, email newsletters, etc.
  • Handle email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Track and report performance metrics across all digital campaigns (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPL, CAC, LTV).
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies, freelancers, and creative teams as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize performance and ROI.

Preferred candidate profile

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid media advertising
  • Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience interpreting data to inform decisions
  • Strong project management, time management, and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
