Lead a dynamic sales and business growth team for the Gear & Shafts Division.

Job Overview

This is a strategic leadership role that requires a seasoned professional to drive business development, manage key accounts, lead a team, and handle techno-commercial operations.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
  • Manage key customer relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Generate inquiries, follow up on leads, and prepare and negotiate proposals.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage key customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic business plans.

Marketing & Strategy:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Techno-Commercial Operations:

  • Provide technical solutions and application support to customers.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal technical/product teams.
  • Prepare cost sheets, quotations, and negotiate pricing.

Team Management:

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of sales engineers or regional managers.
  • Review team performance and ensure continuous skill development.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless execution.

Reporting & MIS:

  • Maintain and update sales reports, funnel data, and forecasts.
  • Present monthly and quarterly business reviews to senior management.
Skills Required
  • Strong knowledge of sales and business growth strategies.
  • Proven ability in sales, business development, and team management.
  • Experience in marketing strategy and market research.
  • Excellent techno-commercial skills, including technical solution provision and quotation preparation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting.
