We are seeking a proactive and sales-oriented Retail Branding & Sales Manager with proven expertise in retail branding strategy, fabrication, and client development. The candidate must bring along a strong database of clients, vendors, and retail partners to immediately contribute to business growth. This role requires a mix of sales acumen and branding execution skills to ensure maximum brand visibility and direct sales impact at the retail level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales-driven retail branding strategies to increase visibility and revenue.
- Utilize own client database (dealers, distributors, retailers, vendors, fabricators) to generate new business opportunities.
- Drive sales targets by aligning branding activities with channel growth and market expansion.
- Manage fabrication & execution of retail branding elements GSB, acrylic boards, kiosks, shop-in-shop counters, POP materials.
- Negotiate with vendors and ensure cost-effective, high-quality branding execution.
- Conduct market visits to track branding implementation, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team in dealer onboarding, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Track and report ROI of branding investments in terms of sales uplift and brand visibility.
- Continuously explore innovative branding & sales tools to drive retail conversions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 5–10 years of experience in retail branding with a strong sales orientation.
- Must have own active client/vendor database (dealers, distributors, retail outlets, fabricators).
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets through branding initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise in fabrication materials & retail branding execution (GSB, acrylic, vinyl, kiosks, POP).
- Excellent negotiation, client relationship management, and vendor handling skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to deliver measurable results.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development & branding execution.
