  • Drive new client acquisition and business development in the retail BTL category.
  • Leverage own client database (retailers, distributors, dealers, agencies, brands) to generate leads.
  • Pitch BTL solutions such as retail branding, fabrication, in-shop branding, activations, POP, kiosks, counters, signage, and rural retail campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with internal design, production, and execution teams to deliver projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships for fabrication, signage, and installation.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 3–7 years of experience in BTL sales / retail branding / advertising agency sales.
  • Must have an active client database (retailers, brands, distributors, agencies).
  • Strong track record of closing sales in BTL/retail branding projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of fabrication & branding materials (GSB, acrylic, POP, kiosks, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in advertising agencies, retail branding, fabrication, or experiential marketing.
  • Familiarity with FMCG, consumer durables, and retail channel marketing.
  • Ability to convert branding projects into measurable sales growth.
