Position - Executive - Marketing

Location - Faridabad (Pacific Mall)

Working days - 6 days

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotions

  • Assist in developing and executing annual marketing plans in line with mall objectives.
  • Conceptualize and implement ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to drive footfall and revenue.
  • Coordinate seasonal, festive, and thematic promotions to enhance customer engagement.

2. Event Management & Retailtainment

  • Plan and manage mall events, exhibitions, and activations.
  • Liaise with event agencies, vendors, and production teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure events align with brand guidelines and deliver high-quality visitor experiences.

3. Tenant Coordination

  • Engage with retail tenants for joint marketing initiatives and co-branding opportunities.
  • Drive participation in mall-wide campaigns and sales promotions.
  • Collect tenant feedback and track campaign ROI.

4. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Support the creation of engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations and digital campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest optimizations.

5. Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Identify and negotiate with brands for sponsorships and collaborations.
  • Build community partnerships to increase mall visibility.

6. Market Research & Reporting

  • Track competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, footfall analysis, and budget utilization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in retail/mall/event marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media & digital marketing tools.
