Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Store located in Faridabad. The Executive Store will be responsible for managing daily store operations, including maintaining inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring the store is well-organized. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling retail sales, and training new staff. The Executive Store will also be responsible for effective communication with team members and management.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Retail Sales and Organization skills
  • Ability to train and guide new staff
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
