Job Title: Payroll & Compliance Executive

Location: Faridabad

Industry: Staffing

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for clients with an employee base of 250–300 members.
  • Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and related filings.
  • Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual compliance reports as per statutory norms.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee payroll data, statutory deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client HR for smooth payroll operations.
  • Ensure timely payment and filing of challans for PF & ESI.
  • Assist in handling employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory compliances.
  • Keep updated with labor laws, statutory regulations, and ensure 100% compliance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (B.Com / MBA HR / Equivalent).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Payroll & Compliance within the Staffing / HR Services industry.
  • Hands-on experience in handling PF, ESI, and compliance for 250–300 employees.
  • Good knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
