Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain day-to-day accounting records of factory operations.

· Handle purchase, sales, and expense entries in accounting software (Tally/Busy.

· Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

· Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and inter-branch transactions.

· Prepare monthly expense statements and cost reports.

· Assist in payroll processing and maintaining statutory registers (PF,ESIC,LWF ,Contract Labour ETC).

· Coordinate with auditors and head office for reporting.

· Record Keeping Digitally and Hardcopies (e.g. Sales Invoice, E-way Bill, Weighing Slip, LR copies, Photo of Vehicle, etc.).

· Stock Maintenance – Stock to be maintained and matched with Physical stock.

· Good In Excel

· Handle cash transactions and oversee people management.

Qualifications & Skills:

· B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounts/Finance.

· 2–5 years of experience in accounts (manufacturing/factory preferred).

· Knowledge of Tally ERP / Busy.

· Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently at factory location.

· High level of integrity and professional work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
